In the past two months, at least five prisoners have disappeared shortly after they were released late at night. Two other persons reportedly disappeared last month after attending a mass for a Paraguayan refugee. The assassination on 10 April of an undersecretary in Argentina's Ministry of Economy is the first major terrorist incident in almost a year.
