early this morning.
The blue btak is the Team A report (prepared
by the Agency's in-house experts) covered by a note from Bush deploring the leaks
that have been generated by this experiment
competitive analysis.
The gray book is the Team B report
prepared by the "outside" experts. This
is abootleg cons-which you, in theory, are
not suppose to see and it is the only copy
in this building.
