The following changes were noted (Figure 1):
1. The grid and two deep water piers on
Konstantin Island, 3 nm south of Vozrozhdeniya
Island, have disappeared.
2. Only 6-8 vehicles were visible at the
Mys Kokchukat Headquarters and no aircraft
were visible on the runway pattern.
3. A circular pattern 300 ft in diameter was
visible at Grid 2 of Test Site 5 in the south-
central portion of the island. The faint grids
in this area have not been visible since the
large-scale coverage
4. The large new grid in the western part
of the island discovered I showed a new
building at the field control point and several
new roads approaching the control point.
5. A. new building and additional traffic
activity were visible at the new test site dis-
covered I south of the runway pattern. 25X1
6. Dark stains were visible in the animal
pens at the north end of the Kantyubek Lab-
oratory.
7. A cargo ship approximately 150 ft long
was tied up at the main pier at Mys Kokchukat.
8. A high-standard road is under construc-
tion between Mys Kokchukat and Kantyubek
Laboratory.
9. In general, the road system over the
island shows continued heavy use.
