in the possession of individuals not trusted by the regime.

tionn the Rumanian authorities hope to put a stop to the large number of
clandestine lean s attacking the Government,, the inciting to sabotage
that continues to appear and the insulting letters received by officials
of the Iutmanian Workers Party and the Governments
