SUBJECT: Request to Initiate Tasking of
Edwin C. May
I would like hire Edwin C. May of SAIC at Menlo Park, CA
so that ORD can specifically task him to facilitate transfer
of a technical program (Star Gate) from another government
agency to CIA. I have enclosed draft language with the
specific tasking and a fee structure for this tasking. If
the transfer is not completed by 30 Sept. 1995, I anticipate
tasking in FY 1996 in order to complete the transfer.
Can you tell me what I need to do? Is there a bunch of
boiler plate that goes with this? Thanks.
