2. It hes been determined that the inatallatione basic function iG
manufacturing, and that all three installatione are currently under vsrioue
stages of construction. The following information relate to ecch specific
inatallation:
(a) Installation No. 1 - Located to the south of the other two
installatioma (i.c., furtheet away from Chium.Chiang). Although this
plant is almost completed, it is atill not poseible to determine ita
mmaufactured product on the baste of existing aerial photography. The
inetallatiou's ecured area is apvemimately 1,36?.,000 square feet.
(b) Installation No. 2 - Located between inatelletion No. 1 and
Installation No. I, The plant has been identified as a textile
factory and has approximotely 800,000 square feet of secured cres.
(e) installation No. 3 - Located to the north of the ether two
installatione (i.e., closeat to Chiu-Chieng). This plent is in the
early stage of construction with approximately 183,000 square feet of
area completed within * total of approximately 1,031,000 equare feet of
secured area. The insteiletionia end uanufecturca product atm not be
identifieo on the basis of existing aerial photography but it
believed that inatallations No. 1 and No. 3 will have identical funetions.
