will join CIA as our next Director of Congressional Affairs (OCA) next

I had the opportunity to see her professionalism in action when I was a
member of the House of Representatives. She is excited to join the Agency family and I am confident she will impress
you as she has impressed me.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank

for almost years of exceptional service as CIA's
Director of Congressional Affairs. I first met as a Member of Congress, and I have relied upon his expert counsel
from the day my nomination was announced I have asked

to remain in OCA through the end of March helping
transition to her new role; they will formally transfer responsibilities on March 27.
