This is a final response to your 23 July 2019 Freedom of Information Act request, received in the
office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator on 24 July 2019, for records on any and all
information pertaining to, or including information about, the organized criminal
phenomenon of gangstalking, organized stalking or group stalking, which is defined as
stalking by three or more persons.
As written, your request does not provide much clarity or content related to this topic.
Therefore, it is not reasonably described in a manner that would allow us to conduct a proper
search or suggest any recommendation. However, we interpret this topic to be within the United
States. Therefore, we believe your request as written would more likely fall under the auspices
