Argentina
At least 15 high military and civilian officials
reportedly were killed and 30 others were in-
jured yesterday in Buenos Aires when a bomb
exploded at a Defense Ministry meeting. Left-
ist Montonero guerrillas apparently were
responsible for the incident.
The Montoneros, once the legal left wing of
the Peronist party, were outlawed in 1975. The
group killed 21 policemen and
another 70 in a bombing in July.
