1. SIGNIFICANCE: RESUMPTION OF ACTIVITY. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: CSS:-2 GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT (GEE) IS NEXT TC THE
DRIVE-THROUGH TRANSLOADING BUILDING AT KUNMING EEM RAIL TO ROAD
TRANSFER POINT. THE CSS-2 GEE CCNSISTE OF THREE CANVAS-COVERED
CSS-2 TRANSPORTER/ERECTORS (WITH PRIME MOVERS), FIVE SUPPORT
VEHICLES, AND ONE SMALL TRAILER. THE EIGHT PROBABLE MISSILE
RAILCARS OBSERVED ON RE NOT PRESENT. THE 25X1
DEPARTURE OF THE RAILCARS AND THE PRESENCE OF THE GEE MAY
INDICATE PREPARATIONS FOR A SPRING TRAINING CYCLE AT KUNMING
SEM TRAINING LAUNCH SITE 1 ? HOWEVER, IT IS 25X1
ALSO POSSIBLE THAT THE GEE MAY BE DEPLOYED TO ONE OF THE
CSS-2 LAUNCH SITES AT JIANEHUI SEM MISSILE LAUNCH COMPLEX
