1. Situated in an isolated area between Etyek and Soskutl4Hungary0is an under-
ground airplane parts warehouse. This project was built in 1936-37 by a
private contractor, Eketetzky-Boray, by direction of the Hungarian Minister:

2. The warehouse is of iron and concrete construction, the floor
and walls are of four layers of asphalt and the pillars are iron and concret
My guess is that the size is approximately 15 meters long and 50 to 6o mete'
wide. The warehouse was built to house approximately a hundred dismantled
planes. It could be entered from both Etyek and Soskut vicinity.
3. The warehouse was built in grea ecrec ? The only reason I know anything
about it is that my colleague, contractor, asked for my pro-
fessional opinion on a friendly basis as o whether the method utilized in
overcoming seepage of water was the correct one. However, I had nothing to
do with the construction and I have no knowledge as to what use was made of
this warehouse during World War II.
