officially the rumors we have been hearing for some time:

Committee's report on INF Monitoring -Capabilities and obviously
won Senator Boren's respect.
2. My office will be setting up some briefings with the
Directorates to familiarize Tenet with a range of subjects
beyond arms control, will be dealing with your
staff to set these up.
