1. This memorandum is in response to your continuing requirement
concerning the identification of installations in Southeast Asia which
may contain American POWs. -
2. The Son Tay Prison Camp has reportedly been confirmed as

an Instal Installation containing American o ~ ..1 /ts . A scare model of the
camp has been constructed to aid in debriefings and operational
planning.
.3. ,Al I- measurements have. beenmade by the NPIC Photogrammetry
Div-is-ion=and are considered accurate:at a 95 percent confidence level;
-+--6 feet + 2.percen't.1
4. The scale model of Son Tay POW camp was forwarded to your
.office on 18 August 1970. The photographic prints and stereoscopic
slides of the model will be forwarded at a later date.
