Under the Freedom of Information Act, S U.S.C. subsection 552, I am requesting a
copy of the CIA analytic report "11 September: The Plot and the Plotters", reference
number CTC 2003-40044HC, dated June 1 2003. This report is referenced in the 9/11
Commission Report footnotes, including Chapter 5 footnotes 41, 60, 61 and 64.

$100, which I agree to pay.
