With regard to RV Tamming~/Ambient ELF, SRI International will provide the
apps^opriate equipment, facilities and personnel to accumpli~h the following
tasks:
(1) Search and summarize the literature that indicates that geomagnetic
storm activity and other factors tt-at produce fluctuations in ttie
amlyient ELF bands (~,3UU Hz) can degrade psychoenergetic
performance.
{2) Construct an ELF detector that can monitor ambient ELF fluctuations
in tt?-e local RV chamber.
(3> Examine the statistical correlation between RV performance
