SECRET Met with Frank Slatinshek, Chief Counsel, House Armed Services Committee, and delivered the "Procurement 25X1A Appropriations Requiring Authorization Consolidated. Defense Intelligence Program FY 1976 Budget" requested of E -J IC staff, by Slatinshek as well as a review of the replacement sheets on budgetary data provided 25X1A by IC staff. 25X1 25X1 25X1 I also reviewed with Slatinshek the Director's response to Chairman lvin Price, House Armed Services Committee, on H Res. 205 and informed him that we, of course, would be happy to testify before the Committee on this subject again but that they had the complete story in the 22 April 1974 Chile testimony. I told Slatinshek that in. line with his conversation with me yesterday, I said we will provide a blind classified Aide-Memoire for his use in executive session responsive to the questions in H. Res. 205 which affect the Agency which is essentially reflected in the aforesaid transcript. 17. I Dropped by and in the absence of. Pat :Bolt, Chief of Staff, Senate Foreign Relations Committee, discussed generally with Art Kuhl, Chief Clerk of the Committee staff, the request from the Committee to the Department of State on figures on all Federal employees overseas by agency.
