Directorate's responses as well as the Inspector General
and General Counsel comments on these responses. In brief, the
Director accepts the conclusions or modifications that we recommended
on the "questionable activities" that you originally reported.
2. These "questionable activities" applicable to COMIREX are
enumerated in the attachment, along with indications of either ap-
proval or modification of these activities as appropriate.
