Willis D. Gradison, Jr. R Ohio). Otterman had called to inquire how a
constituent, could gain access to the records of his days
in OSS. I told Otterman that a quick check of OSS records based solely on
the name given us reveals no information on I but that ~shoulcW ATh
send a written request to the CIA Freedom of Information Coordinator,
giving much more complete information on himself and on his experience
with OSS. who works with OSS records, STAT
suggested t s course o action.

Senate Foreign Relations Committee, to brief her on the Agency's knowledge
I suggested that the FBI might be a
source o additional information.
Senate Subcommittee on Administrative Practice and Procedure, Gama-te
Assistant to the DDA, would be meeting with her and
Torn usman, Assistant Counsel on the Subcommittee, on Thursday, 10 April
at 10:00 a m. to discuss the Agency's problems concerning the FOI Act.

Staff Assistant, Senate Subcommittee on Administrative Practice and

arranging to speak with various Government agency representatives on
the problems they were encountering with the F01 Act and asked if an
Agency representative(s) could be named to do this. I told Ms.. Alberghini
I would tell of our office about this and I was sure he wouRX1
get back to her.
