(Confidential - PLC) Discussed with Rita Highbough, on the staff of Senator Ted Stevens (R. , Alaska), a letter of 19 May 1975 from Mr. Cary to Iwho was seeking information as to the whereabouts of a Vietnamese national. The letter had been written just prior to the downfall if the South Vietnam Government. The constituent asked that the letter be sent to him through the Senator's office. Highbough said it would be forwarded.
