Army after the war.in an intelligence capacity (an assistant Chief of Staff, G-2) and has made a statement that he was employed by the United States in a highly confidential capacity. After his admission to the U. S. worked f Army Map Service. Martin said the problem"in the case is tha s retiring but has been unable to get ser.vice credited under Civil Service retirement for the service provided during the war. He wondered if we could check our files to see if there was anything we could do to verify service to the U. S. I told him we would take a look at it. Martin asked if we could provide him with information on the World Peace Council and its various congresses, He said they would like a complete rundown of anything we have on this, hopefully, in a form that could be used by the Subcommittee with only minor editing.
