and, provided the Council. reimbursed ias fsr fifty per cent of the cost of this car
and chauffeur,
8, Mr. Houstcm and I conferred with ~. Macy, Executive Director of the
Civil. Service Commission, regardiAg the furnishing of a witness for our selection

Mr. Macy advised me that the Civil Service Commission could not do this. (See my
