It seems to me the time may be ripe for us to volunteer
an.updating on the Agency. I find that you busy Congressmen
conserve your precious noon hours for legislative matters
and therefore I wondered if in the waning weeks of this session
you mightn't be interested in corning out for breakfast at the
building and allowing me to convene some of my colleagues in
taking you through our organization chart. I realize that you
'might prefer to do this at the start of the next session and we
,:Would be happy to issue a rain check, but if you are interested
-now we will be delighted to do it. If you will get one of your
