1. Attached is a revision of the Sanitization Manual
(COMOR -D -7 / 1). This revision does not contain instructions
covering sanitization, decontrol, and downgrading of SIGINT or
TALENT These will be published
later either as addenda to the appropriate annexes or as separate
annexes.
2. This Manual was forwarded to USIB on 3 November
(USIB-D-41. 12/16; COMOR-D-7/44) and was noted by the Board
on 17 November 1965.
