employment are best filled by employing dependents of Agency
employees. The cost of security clearances for summer employs**

information is coastal od in our ow Agency Also. In addition, the re-
employment of nany of these individuals from summer to simmer
also reduces investigative coats. Further, while some turnover is
unavoidable, we are able to minimise the potential security risk which
would t rout from the short-term employment of individuals who do
not barmy a centring relationship With the Agency.
