We have been'advised by our national office that the concerns
of the GSA General Counsel's Office regarding the 40 USC 318b
request have been resolved and that they concur with the
region's authorization to extend such service.

necessary staffing untii such time as we are able to fill many
of our vacancies. This action will require that we request
funds at our overtime rate to fund the staffing requirements
of the building. Please be assured that we are continuing to
