4. After the Chairman's opening statement, Representative Murtha spoke
about an article in the Washington Post on 10 March which r lted
from the leak of a Presidential Finding on Central America The STAT
Director said that we deplored it and were checking with the NSC to try and
Baker. The Director made brief introductory remarks and then
licalafn gave a rundown on the guerrilla and government military situation. STAT
She outlined the several guerrilla groups are their strengths and areas of
ODeration. She described the type of camp and the number that have been identified
