DoD and State (Eagleburger) are at odds over weapons sales to Yugoslavia: DoD is taking the position that it must be assumed that all weapons to Yugoslavia will reach the USSR. The issue is tobe resolved at the NSC. NI0/General Purpose Forces met withi nn 26 vember to review DCI follow-up taskings from the DCI's trip Additional meetings are planned with the directors of NSA and DIA and the service intelligence chiefs.
