for monitoring NRO activities in behalf, and th5t you assume those
responsibilities.
2. In accordance with the NR? agreement of 13-March 1963. you
are expected to develop a close working relationship with Dr. 1'ubini
(monitor for the Secretary of Defense).
3. The NRO staff will be expected to keep completely informed on all as you anal. ~7-r. ~'ubini
