I know by now you are aware CIA and Community Congressional Liaison
Staffs are putting together a two-day seminar on the 14th and 15th of
December at our training site to go over the major issues 25x1
we will face in the 98th Congress and to explore ways to present our
Programs with consistency and effectiveness. Such a session can be most
helpful for all of ough I cannot he there, I want you to know

I know your people will be heavily involved in all the proceedings,
but I hope you can find the time to participate personally in the session
on the 14th for the discussions about better support for senior witnesses
such as you and myself. I know our tive Director, is 25x1
