".During.the first session of this Congress you requested
the views of the Central Intelligence Agency on H.R._1024, a
Bill "[t]o -.mend chapter 171 of title 28, United States Code
to alter procedures with respect to certain malpractice suits
against federal medical personnel, and for other purposes."
This is to inform you that a response to your request has
be^r prepared and, pursuant to Executive Branch procedures,
submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for coordi-
nation and clearance. Our views will be forwarded to you
immediately upon receipt of notific?ation of Administration
clearance.
