memorandum is to confirm your appointment at 0930 hours on
14 October 1982 with U.S. Ambassador to Jamaica, William A.
Hewitt. The Ambassador also has an appointment with the DDO at
1000 hours and following this will receive briefings from NIO's
for Latin America and Narcotics, and DDI analysts.
