1. Will Garvey, who met the DCI in Puerto Rico, came
to the Administration Building on 26 April 1961 and talked to
the undersigned.

I M publication in Washington. He describes it as the Washington
Economist to be published five days a week.
3. Garvey has no paper prospectus. He says this hinders
his flexibility and control. He has lined up printing facilities,
is still enlisting financial backing, and is looking for a managing
editor.
4. Garvey is dynamic, but almost inarticulate. He will
be back in Washington for a brief visit at the end of May, and
then. for the summer from about 5 June until September.
5. He says he is interested in publishing cheap books, too.
