Called Bill Woodruff, Senate Appropriations
Committee staff, and invited him to come to the Agency for a briefing on a
sensitive collection project and a look at the Cuban Missile Crisis exhibit
followed by lunch on Friday. Woodruff said his plans for Friday were uncertain
but if he could not make this briefing he would make every effort to come out
when we have a separate briefing for Ed Braswell, Senate Armed Services 25X1
Committee staff, later on.

Called Ed Braswell, Chief Counsel, Senate

exhibit. Braswell expressed his regrets but said he would be out of town
from Thursday through Saturday of this week. I told him we would try to
