REMARKS:
Attached for your information is a
report on Communist violations of the Vietnam
and Laos settlement agreements, and a copy
of the covering note under which the Director
sent this report to the White House. This
report was requested by Dr. Kissinger at the
23 February meeting of the WSAG and was
prepared jointly by the Central Intelligence
Agency and the Department of Defense: Dr..
Kissinger has further requested that we issue
similar joint reports on the same subject each
week until further notice. We will, of course,
send you a copy of the subsequent reports.
