1. Per our conversation, I am forwarding a copy of Mr. Boland's 15 March
letter and questions. We would appreciate your response to Question 414 including
the "extent of access and nature...." aspect.
2. Since we would like to consolidate our responses, I'd like to ask
that DIA forward their response to me by COB Wednesday, 31 March. All the
responses will then be sent to the Committee under cover of a DCI letter.
