1. Attached for your review and subsequent transmittal to the General
Counsel for his review is a copy of the Wilson-Terpil hearing transcript taken
on 2 February before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence
(HPSCI).
2. You will note that the Committee--on the "Contents" page of the trans-
cript--lists follow-up questions on pages 53, 96, and 106. But for the question
appearing at page 53, the others (questions at pp 96 and 106) are additional to
the ones identified in my reference (a) memorandum. The transcript should be
reviewed carefully with a view to identifying therein all questions for follow-
