1. Referewo memorandum re ted that the DD/P. in consultation
with the Director of Communications, survey the passibility of procedures
for methodically cutting lock on cable traffic. The DD/P responded by
memorandum dated 19 February 1964 to the DCI in which be reviewed his
efforts to reduce cable traffic and h ated that if current method* do txt
work out after a reasonable trial period he will turn to other devices.

responsibility under reference memorandum has bS*u satisfied.
