MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Director-Comptroller
SUBJECT: Action Memorandum No. A-360, dated
28 January 1964
1. The CI Staff is pulling together information bearing upon
the questions raised in referent Action Memorandum. We should
like to give you an oral briefing, in connection with the budget
review of our programs for 1965, keyed to questions you have
raised in your memorandum. We should prefer to make this
presentation orally since reduction of this information to paper
would be inordinately time consuming, and because we feel sure
that we can make our presentation more meaningful by researching
your questions in depth as we are doing and responding by oral
brief at your convenience.
2. We should then be prepared to do further research and
response to satisfy any additional questions that you may wish to
raise as a result of our briefing. Please let us know when it would
be convenient for us to present our briefing.
