2. Background: You have been invited to appear as a featured speaker,
at a time of your choice, by the Gulf Coast Chapter of AFIO in Houston,
Texas. Such an a earance does not seem to be good use of your limited
time. however, will be in Houston on 5 April to make another STAT
speech. While there, he is agreeable to addressing the AFIO group in your
stead, if you approve.

respond to the requester on your behalf.
