1. The DCI has agreed to address the International Manage-
ment and Development Institute at the National Defense University
at Fort McNair on Tuesday, April 6 if he is not out of the coun-
try. If he is away, he agreed to provide a substitute to address
"Energy and National Security: The Peril and The Challenge." The
DDCI is not available and asked that you be contacted next.
2. I hope you can keep your calendar open on this date and
will agree to appear in his place in the event that he might be
out of the country.
