as a member of the Executive Committee Staff, forwarded the attached
proposal (Tab A) to John for consideration. He also said that he would
be interested in heading the project, if it were approved.
2. The DDO believes thati provides the information
Dick is targetting. The DDI, however, thinks the proposal has merit
(see Tab B) and should be considered as)PCP.
3. John would.like to know idha~ you would think of making this
project a PCP and having Ishepherd it as a part-time responsi-
bility.
