been asked by Secretary Rui sfeld through Lt Gen Tighe to

apparatus are so postured as to assure our national decision
makers the most timely, thorough and accurate analysis

community. A preliminary meeting on contingency collection
planning is being held today and action has been initiated

United States Intelligence Board meeting on Friday, in
Executive Session.
