All institutions which were so involved, and which we were able
to locate currently, have been notified by the Agency. While the Agenc
available records Pertain' g to MKULTRA evidence no
involvement on the part of \as an institution.
As you can understand, the Agency is unable to undertake the
immense task of responding to all speculation or notifying all institutions
which were not involved in these activities. This is the reason you have
not been contacted previously.
Please advise me if we may be of further assistance in this regard.
