Appointments with Chiefs of Stations and Bases
Action. MMemoranelurn No. 299. dated 15 October 1963
1. The office of the Executive ]Director no longer will be
the focal point for initially arranging appointments between returning
or departing chiefs of stations and bases and the DCI, DDCI and
:Executive Director. Henceforth these will be handled directly between
the office concerned and the area divisions.
2. SSA/DDS is requested to furnish a copy of their "Report
of Deportees/Returaees" to each of the three offices above, through
Executive Registry.
