to On 5 Aigu: t 1951, a Polish factory airfield in the eastern
sectio-a of Lodz (Q 52/0 93), just south of the railroad lines and east of a
aircraft plant. The field measured about 1,200. meters from east to west and
about 900 meters from north to south. It had a well. kept grass cover but no
runway, There was no possibility for an expansion of the field.

signif`icarce,, The aircraft plant observed probably is Plant Lotnice v;avstaty
Poswiadczslne, which, according to previous reportst manufactures trainers
for the Pclish aviation club and the Polish Air Force. Mostly aircraft types
Szpak, Zak., Zuch and Junak are built., The aircraft type cannot be determined
from the -ague description given. It may be correct that most of the planes
