These publications are for Mr. Carbaugh's reading in advance of a speech the Senator is preparing to make. 2. (Unclassified -- DFM) LIAISON Called Lot Cooke, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence staff, to inform him we would prefer to have the Select Committee destroy the materials we had provided them on the MKULTRA program rather than returning them to the Agency. Cooke said he thought that was satis:CactOry but because there was so much material it might be a logistics problem. I said I would check with the Office of Security to see if they could pick up the burn bags for the Committee. 3.
