SUBJECT: Semi-Annual Report to the President's Board of
Consultants (Hull Committee)
1. The semi-annual report to the Hull Committee has been requested
by the Special Planning Assistant to the DD/S. The period to be covered
is April 1, 1959 through September 30, 1959-
2. Only new material is desired, and the some format as the last
report is to be used. If there are no contributions, we can submit our
report by telephone.
3. Attached is a copy of the last report. Please send me your
report by October 6.
