on the staff of Senator Lloyd Bentsen (,D., Texas), called, lie
had read the Washington Post article of this date about plans
Vby Phillip Agee and others to expose CIA employees overseas.
He asked for Agency guidance with respect to whether these
individuals were breaking any laws in these disclosures and also
whether any laws were being proposed to pent this kind of
