Nothing has occurred in the past day to change the principal conclusions of SNIE 86.2-1-66, Security 5X1C Conditions in the Dominican Republic, of 23 June 1966-: 2. we have the first report of specific plans for terrorism before and during the ceremonies. These plans allegedly include an assassination attempt on Vice President Humphrey--on his way into the city from the airport-- to be followed by the bombing of the Palace of the Congress.
