reouestino- a maximum usable enlargement and an identification of the following
five power plants: Dobrotvor Gres, Cherkassy Tets, Kiyev Tets 3, and
Starcbeshevc Gres.
this reouire^.ent. The coordinates listed. on the requirement for Cherkassy
Tets Power Plant are Incorrect and should read l9.23h'/032.Ol+E. For the location
of the plants refer to 200 Series USATC 0232-15HL, 0233-9HL and 0233-19HL.
An analys_ s of the Photo Mission Dated
reveals the Starobeshevo area on clear good quality p o ograp y, but
does not reveal a poser plant of any type in the area.
